After applying unsuccessfully for 3 loans, David arranged a loan, at a very competitive rate, which actually settled!
During the loan process, the lender requested information which was outside the normal parameters but David was very proactive in negotiating outcomes which were satisfactory to both parties.
My neighbors have dealt with David, on my recommendation, and are extremely happy with the result he has achieved for them.
